Ski touring in Roháče and Malá Fatra

Žiarská dolina is Slovak paradise for ski Alpinists. I see as my duty to visit it every winter and try at least one new downhill.
Besides classical downhills such as Smutné Sedlo, Žiarské Sedlo or Hrubá Kopa, this time I chose Tri Kopy (2,136 meters) Which is a groove between Prvý Kop and Druhý Kop. The snow conditions were excellent and so we could ski on the fine powder. On Sunday the weather worse so we ran up Žiarské Sedlo. Then in the afternoon we trained with avalanche equipment at the chalet.
Next weekend I will set out with the second team to Chata pod Chlebom (1,42 3 meters), too a tourist chalet in Malá Fatra. Upon arriving in Vrátna Malá Fatra the weather was nice. When we reached the ridge the fog had fallen and it remained until the end of the weekend. On Saturday we went over the ridge from Poludňový Gruň to Chleb, from which we reached the chalet without looking. That night it snowed. We put on ski clothing and enjoyed the night skiing with the headlamps on the Generál (the former ski slope). By the morning it amounted to 20 cm of new powder snow and although there was nothing to be seen, we went downhill from Velký Kriváň (1,709 meters) to Revajka. Then onto Snilovské Sedlo (1,524 meters) and under the cable car back to Vrátna Malá Fatra.
