First place for Milan Damek in Sardinia

I was training hard in Sardinia last week, and I was not sure how I would do in the Point to Point Sud-Ovest Carbonija race today. Just before the start, a small storm passed over and so there was not so much heat. A climb followed and I got a head start.

Unfortunately, technical problems slowed me down. However everything was resolved and I could continue the race. Subsequently, I led the race alone, but local signs were poor and where I was, I was not sure, I chose to wait for my teammate Rino Cabras and cooperated with him until the final climb, and then I moved forward to reach first place.

Amazing friends, great beaches, mountains and Marocchino coffee - it's just bellissimo here.
