MBT MARATHON RACER AND BIKEPACKER LUBOŠ SEIDL HAS BECOME THE NEW MEMBER OF KILPI RACING TEAM

Kilpi Racing Team has gained a new member. His name is Luboš Seidl and he is a versatile forty-six-years-old athlete, currently an MTB marathon racer, who is going to test mainly Kilpi bike wear and accessories for you.
He began his sports career as an athlete whose strongest event was 300 m hurdles. He even held the Czechoslovak record for 28 days. However, he then switched to a rather different sports event - cross-country skiing with a dog (skijöring) in which he represented the Czech Republic at the European and World championships that he won in 2000. He also competed in canicross (running with a dog) and bikejoring (mountain biking with a dog) on the top level. He left his mark there as well by winning the overall ranking of the European Cup in 2005.
This brought him to his current passion - bikepacking and MTB marathons. After testing his strength in several regional marathons, he made his dream come true in 2017 when he took part in the 1,000-mile 24/7 adventure race across former Czechoslovakia without any support. It was also a very successful MTB marathon premiere for Luboš, as he finished on a great second place and he concurrently discovered his new passion.
He is currently facing a new great challenge - Iberica-Traversa, 1 800km MTB marathon across the Iberian Peninsula (more at http://iberica-traversa.com/).
